The Rio Terrace Soccer Program fields recreational soccer teams for boys and girls at almost every age level under the auspices of the Rio Terrace Community League. The community league is a volunteer-run organization that provides an umbrella for various community-based activities, including an active indoor and outdoor soccer program, for the residents of three small communities — Patricia Heights, Rio Terrace, and Quesnell Heights — in the city of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

Up until early 2009, the Rio Terrace Soccer Program was anchored by the king of soccer volunteers, all hail Peter Wong! When he stepped back from the role, it took a committee of fifteen people to step in and fill his shoes, and this website was established the help that process along.
